Acceptable Use

This website is for personal, non-commercial use only.

The only authentication for this website happens through Valve Corp's Steam service. This website uses Steam's public OpenID endpoint to allow users to prove that they control a specific Steam account. You may only use this website with Steam accounts that are yours or which you are legally entrusted with. You may not use, or attempt to use, this website to gain access to digital systems or accounts beyond what is intentionally accessible to you.

You may not attempt to circumvent the technical defenses used to shield the data owned by other users of this website. You may not attempt to circumvent the rate limiting mechanism that prevents single users from starting several profile scans in rapid succession.

The operators of this website reserve the right to bar specific users from using the website for any reason or for no reason.

Privacy Policy

This website uses Steam's OpenID endpoint to authenticate users. The website or its operators do not gain access to your Steam account password in the process, and cannot perform actions on behalf of your Steam account. When entering your Steam password online, make sure that you are on a website operated by Valve Corp. and keep your account credentials safe.

This website uses the Steam Web API to aggregate publically visible information from your Steam profile at the time you authorize a profile scan. This data includes your profile name, your persistent profile ID, your owned games list, and your VAC / Community / Game ban status as shown on your profile. This data is stored in the form of a "snapshot" and remains in our custody even if you subsequently remove it from your Steam profile.

This data is retained for a duration of 14 days, after which it is fully deleted. If you wish for your data to be deleted sooner, you can use the "Contact" link at the bottom of the website.

Your personal information is not visible to other users except for the administrators in charge of this website and the server it runs on. The aggregated and formatted data, your "profile scan," is yours to copy and republish as you please.

In addition to the above-mentioned personal information, this website collects coarse usage statistics about the number of profile scans performed each month. This statistical data is fully anonymous and cannot be linked to specific profile scans.

All operational data is processed and stored on servers hosted in Germany.
